Vitoria Airport (also known as Vitoria Gasteiz airport), is the airport serving Pais Vasco or the Basque Country and is located about 10km from the capital of Vitoria. managed by AENA, the airport code is VIT. This is a small airport by any standards.

Passenger traffic has declined in recent years, mainly as a result of strong competition from airports located in the immediate vicinity.

Vitoria Airport has a single runway, the 04-22, measuring 3,500 by 45 metres, a CAT II/III ILS system and two linked aprons, one measuring 20,000 square metres with three stands for type C aircraft, and the other measuring 100,000 square metres with eleven stands. It also has a building to handle passenger traffic, a cargo terminal and an industrial zone.
