The laws on getting married in Mallorca

For civil ceremonies in Mallorca, you need to sign up for Spanish residency at least 6 months prior to the event. The church rules differ between Catholic and Anglican churches and can be complicated. Some churches require that at least one partner has been a Spanish resident for at least two years.

This however, does not stop you from taking care of the official wedding in the UK then organising a ceremony in Mallorca. A wedding planner can take care of everything for you.
