| Just a short drive from Manacor and 45 minutes from the airport in Palma lies this rural hotel which has to be one of the best in Mallorca and is certainly among the best that Idealspain have had the pleasure in reviewing. We visited this hotel in October 2003 and here are our comments. |

| This hotel is a converted 17th century manor house and although every possible luxury has been installed, the original features of the house have been preserved. Much of the furniture in the hotel is of the same period and in keeping with the opulent style. The hotel boasts four stars and deserves each on of them. |

| Facilities at the Reserva Rotana include a wonderful, clean swimming pool, quality restaurant, outdoor bar-b-q, extensive gardens and a private 9 hole golf course that will challenge even the best golfers. The course has golf club hire and tuition available if needed. There's a driving range and putting green alongside some tennis courts. The gardens have hammocks, sun beds and a game of giant chess. |

All rooms have underfloor heating installed, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini-bar, telephone, safe and well appointed, luxury bathrooms.
The restaurant offers a wide menu at reasonable prices and the breakfast is a unique experience. |

The beds are very comfortable due to their hand-picked quality. A good night's sleep is assured.
The public lounges are plentiful, very comfortable and packed with period furniture from all over the world. |

Idealspain's opinion
Simply one of the finest hotels in Mallorca, offering sheer luxury in a peaceful location. Excellent facilities are backed by a multi-lingal staff who really care about their guests. The golf course is an added bonus and great fun, even for us non-golfers. It's available free of charge during your stay. A highly recommended hotel. |
