| This small Mallorcan town is the centre of the wine making industry and is surrounded by bodegas and wine wholesalers. The town's skyline is dominated by the spire of the town church. In front of the church is the main square, lined with shops, bars and restaurants. You will also find one of the finest hotels on the island in this square, Scott's Hotel. You will find that there are very few hotels in Binissalem and equally as few restaurants. There are however, shops selling local produce, household goods and a supermarket.
