3 chopped onions
6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
7 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of paprika
225g chorizo sausage (sliced)
150g blood sausage (Morcilla in Spain)
480ml dry white wine
6 chopped tomatoes
3 teaspoons of fresh thyme leaves
2 bay leaves
6 cloves
20 peppercorns
Ground nutmeg (pinch)
2 small chillies (chopped)
300g cooked chickpeas
5 tablespoons of chopped parsley
