| The Dalt Murada Hotel is located right in the heart of Palma city, just a few metres away from the cathedral, in the historic centre. Despite the fact that it's difficult to find, your effords will be well rewarded. You will find a limited amount of car parking on nearby streets and there is an underground car park close by. You cannot park in front of the hotel. You would actually be forgiven for walking past the Dalt Murada without noticing it as it blends perfectly into the Medieval street. |

| When you do find the hotel, you will be presented with one of the finest hotels in the city of Palma. The building dates from the 16th century and was once an important manor house. Although the hotel has been restored to a very high standard, much of the original character has been kept and all rooms are furnished with period furniture. 16th century oil paintings adorn the walls in every room. |

| There are just 8 rooms at the Hotel Dalt Murada and each is different to the last. There are 3 double rooms and 5 suites. All rooms feature period beds of the very best quality. The suites have private terraces with views over the city of Palma. All rooms have satellite television, DVD player with films, a safe, mini-bar and a host of other facilities. You won't want to move out. |

| Breakfast at the Dalt Murada is served in a well organised bar area and on the terraces in the summer. The reception staff speak perfect English and are keen to look after their guests in every way. |

| Close to the hotel you will find the cathedral, the port, the Paseo Maritimo and many fine restaurants. |

The Hotel Dalt Murada is by far one of the nicest hotels we have reviewed in a long time. This hotel has a special character all of its own and has everything you could need. We really didn't want to leave. The staff were very pleasant and looks after us well, which is normal for all guests. This hotel manages to provide a personal service for every customer. The suites are of the highest possible standard, as are the public lounge areas. It's like being in an original mansion, with all the usual trappings. When visiting Palma, we would highly recommend the Hotel Dalt Murada, without any hesitation. It's perfectly located for exploring the old quarter of Palma. |
