1. Idealspain reserves the right to refuse advertising from companies or individuals that we deem unsuitable for our website and/or readers. We do not have to give a reason or explanation.
2. Advertising is all pre-paid on an annual basis, payable at the time of placing advertising.
3. All rates are quoted for 365 days advertising in a static position with no banner rotation etc.
4. We do not accept advertising from adult related sites or anything that we deem to be racist, offensive or anything else that may not be suitable for our readers.
5. At the end of the 12 month period, you will be invited to renew your advertising but are not obliged to.
6. If on offer of renewal, we do not receive a response by the renewal date, we will simply remove the advertising.
7. Changes can be made to your advertising at any time during the 12 month term. We allow three changes within the year, free of charge. Further changes will attract an administration charge of 15 euros.
8. Any payments that fall more than 7 days overdue will attract an administration charge of 15%.
9. By placing advertising with Idealspain you agree to our terms and conditions.
