Location
This pazo is located just above Carballo and below Acoruña in the north-west corner of Galicia. The coastline is known as the Costa de la Muerte (Coast of Death). It is located within a small village, just a short drive from the main road. This makes is easy to get to, yet far enough away from busy areas to ensure a quiet stay. The pazo stands within its own gardens and has a large car park. The coast is just a short drive away where you can find some of the best beaches in the region.

Accommodation
The pazo is a fully restored manor house and no expense has been spared. The house has retained all its original features. The rooms are furnished with period furniture and have TV/Phone and fully equipped bathrooms. They are exceptionally comfortable.

Facilities
The first thing you will notice about this hotel is the friendly atmosphere. Your host, Carlos is well accustomed to making people feel at home. A great deal of thought has gone into discovering what guests want.

You have a fully functional bar and a high quality restaurant where you can sample the best in Galician cuisine.

All staff speak English as well as other languages.

There are ample public areas, all furnished with antique furniture. There are games provided fro adults and children. The bar area has toys, books and games for the children who are made just as welcome as the adults.

Internet access is available and a whole host of local information is available at the reception desk. If you are still stuck for local information then Carlos will be more than happy to help you.

Our opinion
Without any doubt, the best hotel in the area and offering quality accommodation at a reasonable cost. The restaurant offers first class meals in a great environment at very low costs. Accommodation is more than comfortable but most of all you will feel the warm, family atmosphere.

The local area is beautiful and rich with history.
